STATEMENT OF BUSINESS, CORPORATE AND BRAND OWNERSHIP
iFuseHosting is a trading and brand name of iFuse Hosting Limited ("the parent company"), with regard to its web hosting services. The parent company's registered office address is BLM Salisbury House, London Wall, London, EC2M 5QN. Its registered company number is 07063214.
iFuseHosting's services, web site, communication, brand image and intellectual property are the property of iFuse Hosting Limited only. The employees of iFuseHosting are the responsibility of iFuse Hosting Limited only when trading and/or representing the company.
iFuse Hosting Limited's web hosting services and brand shall therefore, in this document and in the service, be referred to as 'iFuseHosting'.
USERS OF IFUSEHOSTING'S SERVICES
A) WHAT INFORMATION DOES IFUSEHOSTING COLLECT?
iFuseHosting typically collect the following information about the users of its services (including but not limited to Domain Name Users, Linux Hosting Users, Windows Hosting Users, Reseller Hosting Users and SharePoint Hosting Users):
- First, Middle and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Email Address
- Address
- Postcode
- Country
- Telephone Number
- Username for services
- Password for services
- Payment information (for instance method; whether PayPal, Cheque or other)
We may also store selected information about customers' communication through the provided services or the communications in whole
B) WHAT DOES IFUSEHOSTING DO WITH THIS INFORMATION?
iFuseHosting utilises the information which is collected from its users to invoice and service their accounts. iFuseHosting also uses the information for logging data for its reports - utilisation of services, account status and customer logs.
In the event of a user breaching an iFuseHosting policy or law in the United Kingdom jurisdiction, we will hand their personal information over to the relevant law enforcing agency, or in the case of the billing policy, the collection agency.
We never exchange, rent, sell, or lease personal information with third parties unless stated above. In the case of Domain Names, an external service is used and their privacy policy is available on request. WHOIS information is public, and certain information about users can be located on the WHOIS record for their domain name. If a user wishes to opt-out of the WHOIS database, we can arrange on request for the domain name to hold our corporate information rather than their personal information.
C) WHERE IS THE INFORMATION STORED?
Personal information is stored on our secure servers. It is discarded when no longer required.
iFuseHosting and its parent company are the sole arbiters as to determining when the data is no longer required.

We can provide you with a list of information we hold about you on request to iFuseHosting Support.
WEB SITE VISITORS
A) WHAT INFORMATION DOES IFUSEHOSTING COLLECT ABOUT ME?
If you are a visitor to iFuseHosting's web site, we collect your IP Address, pages which you have visited and how long you stayed on the web site. We also collect the referral address if applicable.
B) WHAT DOES IFUSEHOSTING DO WITH THE INFORMATION?
iFuseHosting utilises this information in order to keep web site utilisation logs in accordance with our marketing campaigns.
C) WHERE IS THE INFORMATION STORED?
Personal information is stored on our secure servers. Information is discarded after 12 months.
