At iFuse Hosting, we provide technical support to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year through our support desk facility, which you can access by clicking '24 x 7 Desk' on the navigation bar.

Supporting our customers is the main focus of the company - and you'll see that throughout all reviews of the service and client testimonials. We offer more than just server management and monitoring. Rest assured our qualified, experienced support engineers assist clients through every step of their technical issues.

We don't think it's right that most hosting companies offer limited support and only ensure that their customers' web sites are available. We believe in going the extra mile and offering the benefit of our technical expertise at every available opportunity.

We endeavour to have your issue responded to within one hour (usually within ten minutes), and if possible, resolved within an hour and a half.  If you are on a managed package for a virtual private server or dedicated hosting, we promise the above.
